Overview

What was broken, and what had to be true.

See Spark Go, a digital marketing agency, needed a sophisticated reporting solution for their client—a franchise development company managing 10 service brands. The client needed visibility into how advertising performance translated through deal stages in HubSpot and Salesforce.

Maven built a scalable templated dashboard system that consolidated Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce into unified reports, including brand-specific dashboards, a portfolio overview, deal-stage attribution, and landing-page analytics—all delivered through a white-labeled client portal.

The challenge

The reporting layer could not support the decision.

See Spark Go and their franchise development client struggled with 10 brands needing isolated and portfolio reporting, Facebook and Google Ads disconnected from HubSpot and Salesforce, no ad-to-closed-deal attribution, unsustainable manual brand reporting, no white-label client access, and landing-page blind spots.

The implementation

One governed workflow from source to output.

Maven deployed a templated architecture across six layers: unified ingestion, brand dashboard templates, portfolio executive views, deal-stage-by-source attribution, landing-page analytics, and a white-labeled client portal.

Managed services · White-label reporting · CRM attribution · Portfolio governance

The approach

How the system was built.

Data integration & infrastructure

Built a unified automated pipeline across marketing and CRM systems with BigQuery storage, templated dbt models replicated across all 10 brands, and daily refresh.

Brand-specific dashboard templates

Deployed a repeatable reporting framework for each franchise brand covering ad performance, lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and source attribution.

Portfolio-level unified dashboard

Created an executive view for cross-brand comparison, portfolio spend analysis, best-performer identification, and trend analysis.

Deal stage by source attribution

Connected advertising directly to franchise revenue with source tracking across Facebook, Google, organic, referral, and direct, mapped through Inquiry → Qualified → Contract → Closed.

Landing page analytics & white-label portal

Added scroll-depth and conversion analytics across brand sites, plus a branded client portal with role-based access and 24/7 self-service reporting.

The outcome

What changed for the team.

  1. End-to-end visibility from ad impression to closed franchise deal

  2. True deal-stage attribution by channel across the portfolio

  3. Landing-page performance unlocked for optimization across all 10 brands

  4. Portfolio-level intelligence for side-by-side brand comparison

  5. White-labeled 24/7 self-service reporting without manual report requests

MetricMaven built exactly what we needed: a scalable system that gives our franchise development client visibility they've never had before. Being able to see which ad sources actually drive closed deals—not just leads—has transformed how they allocate their marketing budget. And the fact that we can add new brands to the system without starting from scratch makes this a true competitive advantage for our agency.
